A unique device identifier is a string of alphanumeric characters (similar to a serial number) used to uniquely identify and distinguish each mobile phone or other wireless communications device. Location services can be enabled or disabled at any time, through the mobile device settings. We use Mobile Device Data to understand usage patterns and to improve the Applications. Ad Serving and Usage Analytics. We may use third-parties for advertising and usage analytics for the Website and Applications. These third-parties may place Cookies on Your machine, use Web Beacons, gather Personal Information (as defined below), Traffic Data and Mobile Device Data, and log data to collect traffic and activity data in order to deliver relevant metrics, content, and advertising. We do not share your non-public Personal Information with these parties, but we may share anonymized or aggregated information with them to improve the relevancy of the ads you see at our application. Payment processing: When you buy something from us, You will be connected to one of our Payment Gateway Service Providers to provide your name, contact information, and credit card information or other payment account information. When you submit your card information, the name and address of the cardholder, the expiry date and the last four digits of the credit card number are stored. We do not store the actual credit card number. Your credit card transaction is managed by the Payment gateway service providers as per their internationally established business standards. For quick processing of future payments, if you have given us your approval, we may store your credit card information or other payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers. 11. You will be asked to provide us certain information related to You (“Personal Information“). Personal Information includes, without limitation: (1) “Contact Data” (personally identifiable information about You, such as Your name, telephone number and email address, as well as Your other stakeholders and contacts, if you enable others’ access to the Application); (2) “Demographic Data” (personal information about You (but doesn’t specifically identify You), such as Your gender, birthday, zip code, country, height, weight, and other details such as your lifestyle as would be captured from time to time); and (3) “Data” (information about Your use of the Services (but doesn’t specifically identify You), such as Your project data. 12. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes of allowing You to set up a user account and profile in the Application, providing the Website and/or Applications and related services, monitoring and improving the content and usage of the Website and/or Applications, interacting with the Website and/or Applications and with your stakeholders and other members, customizing the advertising and content you see, communicating with you about new features and other news, and any other purpose for which the information was collected, if any which will be communicated from time to time. We may also draw upon this Personal Information in order to adapt the Website and/or Applications to Your needs, to research the effectiveness of our Website and/or Applications, and to develop new tools for our members. You are under no obligation to provide Personal Information, however, not providing this information may prevent You from using certain / all features of the Services. 13. Third Party Services. If you create an account using Your login/ID from a Third Party Service, like Linkedin, Facebook etc when enabled, We may use Your login/ID to access and collect the information that Your privacy settings on that Third Party Service permits us to access so that we can create Your account and connect You with Your project related service providers. 14. Information You Make Public. Certain portions of the Website and Applications are open to any viewer, such as our community forums and Your personal profile. Any information You post in these locations may be available and accessible to other members of the Website. In addition, the Website contains features that permit You to upload, post, transmit, display, perform or distribute content, information or other data, including Your Personal Information. Any information that You choose to disclose by means of such features becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose Your Personal Information by means of such features, and You agree to assume all responsibility for doing so. 15. Transfer of Application Data. You may choose to connect and share your information to other providers and in case of requirement, your sub users/stakeholders can provide the access enabling appropriate services to You when the information is shared. For that You shall have to enable sub users/stakeholders depending on your plan of choice and any or all of them will be able to access when required. The information you provide to us is governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Your unique information including any data and records you choose to send from the application is not used by us for marketing and advertising or transferred by us to third parties for marketing and advertising unless expressly consented by You. 16. Storage of Your Data. As per the policies in force, we may decide to maintain Your data in servers located in any country as provided by the cloud storage vendor chosen by us from time to time. We reserve the rights on the selection of cloud storage vendors and its locations. Being a blockchain /IPFS based application, the technology would require multiple nodes to be present in many parts of the world and some of the nodes may be maintained by others, over whom we would have no control. 17. Retention of information: We retain your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Sometimes, we may retain your information for longer periods as permitted or required by law, such as to maintain suppression lists, prevent abuse, if required in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, to enforce our agreements, for tax, accounting, or to comply with other legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize your information from our active databases. We will also securely store the information and isolate it from further processing on backup folders/discs until deletion is possible. Please note that any information already posted to a blockchain/IPFS network and a transaction entered into a block cannot be modified/deleted due to the inherent nature of blockchain technology.
Your Personal Information is maintained by us in electronic form on our equipment, and on the equipment of our employees. Such information may also be converted to physical form from time to time. We take all necessary precautions to protect your personal information both online and off-line, and implements reasonable security practices and measures including certain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of our business.
No administrator of ours will have knowledge of your password. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, your computer and your mobile phone / devices including the Two-factor identification as and when enabled by us. Be sure to log off from the Website/Application when finished. We do not undertake any liability for any unauthorized use of your account and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us by sending an email to a notified email id. You shall indemnify us due to any loss suffered by you due to such unauthorized use of your account and password.
We make all User information accessible to our employees, agents or partners and third parties only on a need-to-know basis, and binds only our employees to strict confidentiality obligations.
Notwithstanding the above, we are not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy and security practices and policies of those Third-Party Websites/Applications and this Privacy Policy does not apply to any Third-Party Websites/Applications, except with respect to Personal Information provided directly to them by us.
